How much does shipping cost?

Orders placed before 4:00 pm CST ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm CST or holidays ship the next business day.

What about international orders?

Shipping fees for international orders range between $15 and $40 USD depending on your location. Duties and taxes are billed at delivery.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Friday by 4:00pm CST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm CST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays after 10am and Sundays will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Can I pick up my item(s) in-store?

This option is now disabled until we open our flagship store on May 4th. 

Yes. We offer in-store pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

How can I track my order?

What fun would online shopping be without anticipating your package? We’ll keep you updated via email while we complete your order, and we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

You can also look up the status of your order online at any time. Just log in to your profile, and click on “View Orders” to view your order history. Your tracking number will listed alongside your order details.

I'd like to return an item

We want you to be delighted with every KANSO purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return items that are in an unused condition in their original product packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund (in the form of your original payment method). Items must be returned in their original condition. We will gladly cover the cost of returning the item to us. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. KANSO is not responsible for uninsured shipments, so we recommend you insure your return.

We include a return label in every package for your convenience. Return shipping is free if postmarked 14 days or fewer after the date of delivery. Returns postmarked after 14 days will incur a $9.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Can I edit my order?

You can easily edit or cancel your order at any time as long as it is done before the order is fulfilled.
