Shipping & Returns


Shipping price for your order will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm payment. You will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING All orders over $75 include free shipping and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders with a total below $75 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class Parcel with a charge of $5.95 or less, depending on order weight. Orders placed before 4 PM CST will be shipped and processed the same day, otherwise within 24 hours. 


ORDER TRACKING A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your purchase. This tracking number is created by the shipping carrier and will be updated when your package has been scanned into their system, as well as throughout the shipping process.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We do offer international shipping options via USPS Priority Mail International and DHL Express. The rate is determined by weight, size, and destination. Please take special care in entering your address for international shipments to help reduce the risk of a lost package. KANSO is not responsible for customs delays, fees, charges or taxes that may be required by your country upon receipt of shipment at customs or delivery to your door. Please email us if you have any questions about your international order and we would be happy to help.


We want you to be completely satisfied with every KANSO purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return items that are in unused condition in their original product packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a refund (in the form of your original payment method) or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition. We will gladly cover the cost of returning the item to us. The original shipping costs cannot be refunded. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement (U.S. orders only). KANSO is not responsible for uninsured shipments, so we recommend you insure your return. Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit.

We inspect each item before we ship out your order. We encourage you to do the same when you receive it. If you think your item is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 48 hours.

KANSO reserves the right to deny refunds, or charge a restocking fee if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements above. By ordering from our site, you accept these conditions of sale.
