Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4:00pm CST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm CST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Yes. We offer in-store pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.
We want you to be completely happy with every Kanso purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return items that are in unused condition in their original product packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a refund (in the form of your original payment method). Items must be returned in their original condition. We will gladly cover the cost of returning the item to us. The original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Kanso is not responsible for uninsured shipments so we recommend you insure your return.
We include a return label in every package for your convenience. Return shipping is free if postmarked 14 days or fewer after the date of delivery. Returns postmarked after 14 days will incur a $9.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Have a promo code? Awesome! You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order's subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount.
Our website allows one gift code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or send it to a friend.
