Shipping rates on certain products reflect the full cost of international freight and US import duties. These items are subject to current US tariff schedules based on country of manufacture. All duty and tariff costs are included in the shipping rate shown at checkout — there are no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Most of our furniture requires special shipping considerations due to size and packaging. Our free shipping includes curb-side delivery only; it does not cover delivery to a specific room, removal of packaging, or assembly.

For enhanced service, choose our White Glove delivery at an additional cost, available for orders within the contiguous United States. Select this option during checkout and refer to the product page for pricing details.

Shipping fees for international orders range between $15 and $40 USD depending on your location. Duties and taxes are billed at delivery.

To ensure the security of your purchase, we require signatures for packages valued over $500 upon delivery. In the event of a lost, stolen, or misdelivered item, please contact us within two business days.

Rest assured, all orders are insured, guaranteeing prompt replacements in case of damage, theft, or loss during transit.

Furniture damage policy (freight deliveries):

• Inspect the packaging and item with the driver present before signing.

• If any damage is visible, take photos, write “DAMAGED — [brief description]” on the delivery receipt, and refuse the delivery.

• Do not sign “received in good condition” if damage is present.

• Furniture damage claims are accepted only when damage is reported and the shipment is refused at the time of delivery. Claims cannot be honored for furniture that is accepted or signed for without notation.

• If a building manager, doorman, or third party signs on your behalf, it is considered your acceptance.

• Contact us from the delivery location if you need help; once the refused shipment is returned and the carrier approves the claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Our return policy ensures a straightforward experience. Here’s what you need to know:

Return Period

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for orders shipped within the contiguous USA, with some exceptions noted below.

Returns received outside our 30-day window may be considered at our discretion and, if approved, will be issued as store credit only.

We provide a return label to make your process smooth and easy.

Refund Options

• Free Return Shipping: Opt for free return shipping on orders over $150 and receive a full refund in KANSO Credit, excluding any original shipping fees.

• Original Payment Method: Prefer a refund to your original payment method? The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Returns

Post your return within 7 days of return confirmation to avoid rejection.

Item Condition

Returns must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging for eligibility. If your item arrived damaged, please report it within two days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5-7 days upon receipt at our warehouse.

Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Restocking Fees

Applicable for returns over $1,000 or multiple returns of the same item. Details will be provided during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, special orders, rugs, trade orders, and items shipped via Freight or third-party warehouses are final sale and non-returnable.

Made To Order

These items are custom-made and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded after order placement.

Large Single Item Purchases (15+ Items)

Considered final sale and non-returnable.

To ensure your return is protected, we highly recommend insuring your package when returning an item. This safeguards against any potential loss or damage during transit, ensuring a smooth refund process.

You can easily edit or cancel your order at any time as long as it is done before the order is fulfilled.

Please note that made-to-order orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted to the manufacturer.

You can also look up the status of your order online at any time. Just log in to your profile, and click on “View Orders” to view your order history. Your tracking number will listed alongside your order details.

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on Account in the  navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.
