It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes. We offer in-store pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.
We want you to be delighted with every KANSO purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return items that are unused and in their original product packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund (in the form of your original payment method). Items must be returned in their original condition. We will gladly cover the cost of returning the item to us. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. KANSO is not responsible for uninsured shipments, so we recommend you insure your return.
We include a return label in every package for your convenience. Return shipping is free if postmarked 14 days or fewer after the date of delivery. Returns postmarked after 14 days will incur a $9.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

You can easily edit or cancel your order at any time as long as it is done before the order is fulfilled.

You can also look up the status of your order online at any time. Just log in to your profile, and click on “View Orders” to view your order history. Your tracking number will listed alongside your order details.
