1. Return Period
Customers within the contiguous USA have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, subject to the exceptions noted in this policy.
2. Return Process
We strive to simplify the return process. Eligible items can be returned with a provided return label for your convenience.
3. Refund Options
- Free Return Shipping: Opting for Free Return Shipping will grant you a refund in the form of KANSO Credit for the full amount of your purchase, excluding any outbound shipping fees initially covered by the customer.
- Original Payment Method: Should you choose a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
4. Timeframe for Shipping Returns
Once your return is confirmed, please ensure the item(s) are shipped back within 7 days to avoid the risk of return denial.
5. Condition and Packaging
Items must be returned in like-new, unused, and uninstalled condition, including all original packaging and materials, to qualify for a refund or KANSO Credit.
6. Processing Time
Returns are generally processed within 5-7 days after the returned item(s) have been received by our warehouse.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
Please be aware that any shipping fees paid by the customer are not subject to refunds.
8. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may be applied for returns exceeding $5,000 in value or for multiple returns of the same item. Specifics will be provided during the return authorization process.
KANSO is not liable for uninsured return shipments. We recommend insuring your return to safeguard against potential loss or damage.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Sale items
- Special order items
- Trade orders
- Orders shipped via Freight or third-party warehouses
- Made-to-order products
- Products not in their original condition or packaging
- Installed or assembled products
- Products delivered and signed for via White Glove Delivery
- Open Box Items
- Gift Cards
11. Large One Item Purchases
Purchases of large quantities of a single item are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
12. Made To Order Items
We offer a unique selection of made-to-order items, tailored to your specific preferences and requirements. Please note the following important terms regarding these custom-made products:
Final Sale: Once an order for a made-to-order item is placed, it is considered final sale. This means that the order cannot be canceled, changed, or returned once it has been confirmed.
Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable: Due to the custom nature of these items, they cannot be canceled or returned after you have placed your order. We begin the process of creating your custom item immediately upon order confirmation to ensure timely delivery, dedicating resources specifically for its production.
Acknowledgment: By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is custom-made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.
