- Signatures required for items over $500. Please note that for items $500 or under, a signature may still be required at the carrier's discretion.

Ships via KANSO Curbside Delivery
- Delivery: Standard Delivery includes front door delivery. For multi-unit buildings, delivery may be inside the building entrance but not to specific apartment doors. Please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
- White Glove Service: White Glove is available at an additional cost, for orders to the contiguous United States. Two white glove service levels are available:
- $299 - White Glove - Room of Choice + Packaging Removal
- $399 - White Glove - Room of Choice + Packaging Removal + Assembly of Product
- Scheduling: You will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.

How long will it take?
Each piece follows a clear timeline: order confirmed → production → quality check → delivery. Estimated delivery windows are shown on every product page, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Edits to finishes or quantities are possible before production begins. Address changes can be made anytime before shipment. Once in production, orders cannot be canceled.
What should I expect on delivery day?
If White-glove delivery is included, our partner schedules a time, brings the piece inside, places it in your room of choice, and removes packaging. Please ensure clear access and have someone present to sign.
What if something goes wrong?
If your item arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact us right away with photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Because each piece is made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged.
Are there additional fees?
No. The price you see at checkout includes all taxes, tariffs, and delivery services—nothing is due at the door.
