NORR11 is a Copenhagen furniture brand founded in 2011 by Tommy Hyldahl, with the "11" in the name marking the founding year. The brand's in-house studio, led by Hyldahl with lead designer Kristian Sofus Hansen, develops lounge chairs, sofas, and tables that draw on Danish mid-century proportions while introducing rounded, contemporary forms. NORR11 Lounge Chairs

The Hippo series is NORR11's most recognized work. The name comes from the design process — the rounded rear profile of the chair was found to resemble a hippopotamus — and the series carries that soft, low-slung form across lounge and dining pieces.

• Hippo Lounge Chair — A low, wide lounge chair with a curved backrest, deep seat, and rounded transitions throughout, built on an FSC-certified solid oak frame. Available in four oak finishes — natural, light smoked, dark smoked, and black — with the full upholstery range across all four.
• Hippo Dining Chair — The Hippo geometry scaled to dining proportions, with a separated floating backrest that lightens the silhouette around a table. Available in natural, light smoked, or dark smoked oak with textile or leather upholstery.
• Little Big Chair — A fully upholstered swivel lounge chair in textured bouclé or natural sheepskin, handcrafted in Italy with no exposed frame. Available with a 180-degree auto-return swivel or a full 360-degree swivel base.

NORR11 Studio Sofa — Modular System

The Studio Sofa is a modular seating system handcrafted in Italy. Each module is upholstered on all sides and connects to the next through NORR11's concealed Click-Link system — no tools, no permanent fixing — so a configuration can grow or be reconfigured as a room changes. Upholstery runs across textile, eco-conscious performance fabrics, and Sørensen Leather in fluted or smooth finish. The system scales from a single loveseat module to a room-defining five-module run.

• Studio Sofa 1 — A single module sized as a generous loveseat, the entry point of the system. Stands alone or expands later.

• Gear Table — A fiber concrete coffee or side table on three cylindrical legs. The fiber concrete composition carries the texture and visual mass of cast concrete at reduced weight, with natural surface variation inherent to the casting process. The column-and-disc geometry reads as architectural rather than as typical furniture proportions.
