The Audo Copenhagen Carrie Lamp sits on a slim metal frame under an opal-glass shade that diffuses the light evenly across its surface, so the glow reads soft and shadow-free rather than pointed. The curved handle arcs over the shade to lift the lamp without touching the glass, and unclips at the joint when you want the plain form.
A built-in rechargeable battery runs the lamp for twelve hours across three brightness levels, from low ambient through to task light.
