Much of our collection is produced only after you order it, in the textile, leather, and finish you choose. Each piece is made to specification by the design house behind it, then delivered and set in place in your home.

Ready-made furniture is built to a forecast and held until it sells. Made to order reverses that. Production begins with your order, which removes the waste of unsold stock and gives you a piece configured to your room rather than to a sales projection.

Nothing is made until you order it. There is no surplus stock, no clearance, and no piece built on the chance that someone will want it.

Each piece is built by the brand that designed it, to the standards that carry its name. We coordinate timelines and delivery so the maker can focus on the work.

Work with us to choose textiles, finishes, and dimensions. You receive a written confirmation of every detail before anything is made.

Production begins

Your order goes to the design house, where the piece is built to your specification. We track its progress and keep you informed.

White glove delivery

The finished piece is delivered, unpacked, and placed in your room. Packaging is removed, and coverage applies throughout transit.

Made to order, explained

Can I change or cancel a made-to-order piece?

Changes are possible before production begins. Once the design house starts building, the order is final, which lets them commit fully to your specification.

How accurate are the lead times shown?

Lead times come directly from each design house and reflect its current capacity. We add a buffer for transit, so most pieces arrive within or ahead of the quoted window.

What happens if the lead time changes?

If a timeline shifts, we tell you promptly and lay out your options. The majority of pieces ship within their original estimate.

Can made-to-order pieces be returned?

Because each piece is built to your specification, made-to-order orders are final sale. Any defect in craftsmanship or damage in transit is covered in full.

How does pricing work for finishes and options?

Standard finishes and textiles are reflected in the listed price. Where an option carries a different cost, you receive a written quote before you commit.

What if I need something sooner?

Every piece is sourced directly from the design house as an authorized retailer. You receive the genuine article, with the maker's materials, construction, and warranty.
