Clear, even-walled, and dense at the base, a pressed glass tumbler scaled to sit among the porcelain it shares a table with.
The Hasami Porcelain Glass Tumbler is pressed rather than blown, which gives it an even wall and a dense base. Toyo Sasaki has been pressing glass in Japan for over a century, and that discipline holds tolerance across a run, so the glass-to-glass variation you sometimes see in blown pieces does not show here.
It shares the 3-inch Hasami diameter, sitting flush beside porcelain mugs and bowls in the same setting, and a wood lid from the range will cover it. Dishwasher-safe.
The Hasami Porcelain Glass Tumbler is made in Japan by Toyo Sasaki Glass.
