Craft Design Technology Scissors

The Craft Design Technology Scissors have a fully symmetrical handle and blade shape, so they cut the same whether held in the left hand or the right. They are cut from brushed stainless steel and assembled with a screw rather than a fixed rivet, a detail that lets the blades be taken apart and resharpened instead of replaced. Craft Design Technology, the Japanese design label behind the tool, had it manufactured in Seki, Gifu Prefecture, a district with a centuries-old reputation for sword and blade craftsmanship.
