The Kurbis Lampshade takes on an irregular, asymmetric silhouette rather than the traditional round paper lantern shape. Washi paper is layered over a hidden stainless steel wire and structure that holds those uneven curves in place. Ferm Living based the shape on the pumpkin and squash family, its own reinterpretation of the classic paper lantern rather than a named designer's work.
