—Description & details
The Hashira Floor Lamp glows evenly along its full height, casting soft light both upward and downward for a cozy, glare-free ambiance. A welded steel frame wrapped in handmade, translucent linen forms the lamp's continuous cylindrical column, set on a base of ash wood. Norm Architects designed it for Audo Copenhagen after visiting traditional Japanese washi paper makers, naming the piece for the Japanese word for column or pillar.
