Design features
- Magnetic USB Charging Under the Base – The charging cable connects magnetically beneath the base and is not visible from normal viewing angles, maintaining the lamp's clean silhouette during charging — the lamp can be used while connected without the cable disrupting the form.
- Domed Shade with Indirect Light Output – The shade directs light downward and outward rather than upward, producing a focused pool of ambient light on the surface below — suited for tables, shelving, or nightstands where a soft, directed glow is the goal.
- Three-Step Touch Dimmer on Shade Top – Brightness is adjusted by touching the top surface of the shade, cycling through three levels without a separate switch or remote — the control point is integrated into the object's form at its most accessible location.
- Cordless Portable Format – No cable runs during use, allowing the lamp to be placed on surfaces without proximity to a wall outlet — the lamp moves between rooms, indoor and outdoor settings, or surfaces without cord management.
- Minimal Form Designed by Knut Bendik Humlevik – The lamp's geometry is reduced to a dome over a cylinder, with no visible hardware, seams, or decorative elements — the restraint of the form is the design intention rather than an economy of production.
