Description
The New Works Bukowski Chair carries a full, cushioned seat on a frame that stays visually light, its legs narrowing and widening in one continuous curve. Seat and backrest are built over a birch plywood shell, cushioned with foam and upholstered in fabric, while the exposed legs are turned from solid wood. Steven Bukowski designed it for New Works from his Brooklyn studio, reworking a familiar chair silhouette at exaggerated proportions.
