Description & details
The New Works Karl-Johan Portable Table Lamp takes the mushroom form of Signe Hytte's original Karl-Johan lamp and builds it for the outdoors. The impact-resistant shell shrugs off rain, dew, sand and soil, so the lamp moves from a bedside table to a terrace or a beach without a second thought. Twist the top to switch it on; a light touch steps the brightness through three levels, softly diffused through the white shade.
A single charge runs up to 22 hours, and the magnetic cable recharges it in about three hours. Rated IP65 against dust and water and IK10 against impact. Five colours: Cold Black, Light Grey, Forest Green, Ochre Yellow and Earth Red.
