• Tightly Looped Bouclé Construction – The looped pile is woven at high density without cutting, producing a firm, knobbled surface texture that is distinct from both shag and flat-weave rugs — more structured than shag, more tactile than a flat weave.
• Hand-Carded New Zealand Wool – The wool is carded by hand before weaving, aligning the fibers consistently and reducing the surface irregularities that can develop in machine-carded wool — the result is a more even loop distribution across the full rug surface.
• Natural Tonal Variation in Monochrome Palette – The color range within each colorway comes from natural variation in the wool rather than dye application, so the surface has quiet tonal shifts that prevent it from reading as a flat, uniform field.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Complimentary return shipping is provided on all Nordic Knots orders, including all rugs. *Please note that returns are not accepted for samples, custom sized rugs, or wall-to-wall rugs.
