The Nordic Knots Grand Rug is a deep cut-pile rug handwoven from New Zealand wool, with a pile substantial enough to read soft underfoot and settle a room at scale. A cut pile of this depth and size tends to define a primary living or dining area rather than accent a smaller one. The New Zealand wool resists matting and recovers from compression, so the pile holds its height through regular foot traffic over the years.
Designed in Stockholm by Nordic Knots, the rug is GoodWeave certified, woven to audited working standards and without child labor.
It runs from standard sizes through large-format dimensions suited to open-plan living and dining rooms, where a smaller rug would float. Pile depth and density stay consistent across the full surface, whatever the size.
