Woven from dense New Zealand wool, the Park Rug by Nordic Knots combines looped and hand-cut pile to produce a surface with low, dimensional variation in texture. The warm cream tone is neutral without being flat, holding its character against both light and dark surrounding materials.

Limited Production with Lasting Appeal

Handcrafted in small batches, each Park Rug is produced to a consistent pile height and weave density, with variation limited to the natural character of the wool itself. The low profile and tight construction suit both hard floor and carpeted installation without additional padding.

• Looped and Hand-Cut Pile Combination – Two pile techniques are used within the same weave — looped sections hold their height and create texture, while hand-cut sections produce a softer surface at points of contact, giving the rug both visual dimension and tactile variation.
• Dense New Zealand Wool Body – The wool is woven at high density, producing a rug with substantial weight and a firm, cushioned surface that holds its structure under furniture without compressing flat at load-bearing points.
• Sculpted Surface Without Pattern – The texture comes entirely from pile height variation rather than color contrast or printed design, so the rug adds depth to a room without introducing a competing visual element.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Complimentary return shipping is provided on all Nordic Knots orders, including all rugs. *Please note that returns are not accepted for samples, custom sized rugs, or wall-to-wall rugs.
