Description & details
The NORR11 Bufala Bar Stool takes its shape from a buffalo horn: the back curves around the seat to support both back and arms, on a hand-crafted frame of FSC-certified solid oak. Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl designed it in 2025, and it is made in Latvia.
The back is made by pressing 36 layers of oak veneer in a compression mould, the production step that gives Bufala its shape. The seat is laminated oak veneer, and the oak is finished in a water-based clear lacquer. It comes in bar and counter heights, each in four oak finishes.
