The Wine Breather Carafe aerates a full bottle of wine to drinking readiness in under two minutes, without the wait a standing decanter usually needs. Pressed onto an open bottle and flipped upside down, its lead-free crystal bowl spreads the wine's surface area as it decants, adding roughly ten times more oxygen than a standard pour. Peter Ørsig of Norm Architects designed it for Audo Copenhagen, and it has since won an iF Design Award and a Good Design Award.
