Description
The Audo Copenhagen Wine Breather Carafe fixes directly to a standard bottle and aerates the wine as it flows from bottle to carafe and back. Oxygen reaches the wine across the full pour rather than waiting on a traditional decanter, so aromas open and the structure softens at the table.
A stainless steel and silicone lid seals the carafe airtight, holding unfinished wine for a day or two without much further oxidation, so it doubles as short-term storage rather than asking you to pour back into the bottle.
